With the start of the one hour lunch, sud­denly, you’re go­ing to find you have a lot of time on your hands. Listed be­low, you’ll find a club of­fered for every in­ter­est. Whether you’re a scared fresh­man just look­ing for some­place to be­long dur­ing lunch, a se­nior try­ing to take ad­van­tage of your last year, or any­thing in be­tween, join­ing a club is not only tons of fun and a great way to make new friends, but a lit­tle ex­tra in­volve­ment in your high school never hurt on a col­lege ap­pli­ca­tion. Don’t be afraid to try some­thing new this year!

An­drews’ Ar­cade – Mrs. Andrew’s room will be open for com­puter gam­ing on Mon­day, Wednes­day, and Thursday.

Chris­t­ian War­riors – For bible study, stu­dent led de­vo­tion­als, and prayer, all stu­dent and fac­ulty mem­bers are in­vited to meet every Thurs­day and Fri­day dur­ing lunch in JROTC room.

Con­tem­po­rary Chris­t­ian Mu­sic Fel­low­ship – All stu­dents are wel­come to spend their lunch hour fel­low­ship­ping and lis­ten­ing to chris­t­ian con­tem­po­rary mu­sic in Ms. Cannon’s room.

De­bate – Stu­dents in­ter­ested in learn­ing the art of de­bate and shar­ing their opin­ions through ar­gu­ment are wel­come to meet for de­bate every Fri­day dur­ing the first half of lunch in Ms. Landreth’s room.

Ea­gle Honor Choir – All those who love to sing are wel­come. Stu­dents will learn the fun­da­men­tals of vo­cal mu­sic and have the op­por­tu­nity to par­tic­i­pate in the Lee Uni­ver­sity Honor Choir, Rhea Arts Fes­ti­val, and school per­for­mances. Prac­tices are held on Mon­day, Wednes­day, and Friday.

Fel­low­ship of Chris­t­ian Ath­letes – FCA meets every Thurs­day at the be­gin­ning of lunch in the Lit­tle The­atre. Join to­gether for student-​​led wor­ship, de­vo­tion­als, and fac­ulty guest speak­ers. All stu­dents and fac­ulty mem­bers are welcome.

Key Club – Key Club is a ser­vice or­ga­ni­za­tion spon­sored by Ms. Wood. Mem­bers meet on Tues­day in Mrs. Cooksey’s room dur­ing the first half of lunch to or­ga­nize ser­vice projects and cre­ate ways for stu­dents to get in­volved in the com­mu­nity. Bring your friends for a great way to get involved.

Life Club – Every third Wednes­day, Life club, which stands for liv­ing in free­dom every­day, meets in the band room for free pizza, games, and dis­cus­sion con­cern­ing is­sues that ef­fect teens.

Pho­tog­ra­phy Club – All stu­dents are wel­come to join Mr. Hill in the pho­tog­ra­phy room to dis­cuss pho­tog­ra­phy tech­niques and take on both in school and out of school projects. Pho­tog­ra­phy club meets on Thurs­day dur­ing the first half of lunch.

Skills USA – This club is an op­por­tu­nity for tech­ni­cal stu­dents to show off their skills in a world­wide com­pe­ti­tion. Skills USA is spon­sored by Mr. Hill meets Thurs­day in the Cos­me­tol­ogy room.

Sportsman’s So­ci­ety – Stu­dents that love to fish, hunt, or just en­joy the out­doors are wel­come to join Mr. Der­lak in Rm. 5 to make fish­ing lures and watch videos about hunt­ing and fish­ing across the globe. Lis­ten for an­nounce­ments about meet­ing dates.

Wednes­day Book Bunch – All avid read­ers are en­cour­aged to join Ms. Amy Bal­len­tine in Rm. 25 every Wednes­day for book dis­cus­sion and shar­ing time.
